The Reverend Shannon Meacham holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a minor in Religious Studies from the University of Louisville and a Master of Divinity from Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. She is a Minister of Word and Sacrament in the Presbyterian Church USA and was ordained in her home Presbytery of Western Kentucky. Pastor Shannon joined Bethany Presbyterian Church in August of 2005. She lives in Menands with her husband "Meach" and her daughter Maggie. They are now expecting their second child in early July.
Pastor Shannon is also a member of the Menands Rotary Club, the Menands Book Club, Presbytery Council and the chair of Albany Presbytery's Mission Support Task Force.
